With over 20 years of experience in buying, selling, investing, and valuating real estate I bring a wealth of knowledge to my buyers, sellers, and investors.
With my client’s needs as primary focus, I’ve been able to put my vast real estate knowledge to good use. Living in the triangle area over the last twenty-five years, my strengths have come from not only traveling and working in five counties, but recently narrowing my service area of expertise to my home county of Johnston as the Raleigh area has continued to grow and develop.
I’ve measured thousands of homes and traveled thousands of miles, been through many new cars and taken thousands of pictures, reviewed countless MLS sheets, surveys, deeds, restrictive covenants, and builder plans. I’ve made a thousand wrong turns and a thousand mistakes (I hope not), but most importantly have met the most wonderful people doing so. Ask anyone who knows me, they’ll tell you that real estate runs through my veins. It’s the one thing that energizes me and gets me up early in the morning each day.
While I’m not immersed in real estate, I enjoy spending my free time camping at the beach or mountains with my wife and our three dogs. As a bonus, we’ll even stop along the way to see a property or two!
